The Vemag LPG218 sets the industry standard for cost-effective production of sausages in artificial or collagen casings. The LPG218 is efficient and reliable. It consistently produces high-quality sausages that are identical in length and weight. Processors will benefit from reduced down-time, less rework of packaged product, and increased casing yield and output.
Special flights in the LPG218’s dividing belts reach gently into the casing and twist individual sausages. The constant control and guidance of the sausages through the divider belt ensures extremely high accuracy for the weight and length of the sausage.
The LPG218 pairs perfectly with the new Vemag AH219 Hanging Machine. Designed to hang sausages in artificial casings, the AH219 provides flexible, efficient and ergonomic loading of the smoke sticks. Product is perfectly spaced to maximize smoke house capacity.
The AH218 hooks are easily adjustable to suit the diameter of the sausage. Infinitely adjustable distances between the hooks ensure perfect spacing of the sausage. The identical spacing between hooks means that sausages are evenly distributed on the smoke stick.
The AH218 is controlled and operated via the Vemag Stuffer with an intuitive graphical interface. The advance of the hooks is specified by the Vemag Stuffer and adapts to the filling speed, cycles, portioning rate, and the number of sausages per hook. The AH218 handles individual sausages of all lengths up to 900 mm, and sausage rings with lengths up to 1,200 mm.
