The Vemag TM203 Link Cutting Machine is the perfect solution for quickly and economically cutting strings of linked sausage into individual sausages. The TM203 Link Cutter is optimized to cut all types of fresh sausage in natural and collagen casings, reaching cutting speeds of up to 1,200 per minute. The TM203 guides the strings of sausages to ensure that cuts are exactly centered every time. The results are quality closed ends and superior looking individual sausages.
Feed and discharge belts are easily adjusted to fit the diameter of the product. The belts guide the sausage through the cutting unit and can even handle curved products.
The TM203 Link Cuttter can be used at the cutting table in combination with the Vemag DHV841 Casing Holding Device. For better productivity, combine it with the Vemag LPV802 Length Portioning Device. And for even greater productivity, combine the TM203 with the Vemag LPG208 or LPG209 to create a fully automated line and achieve the highest production levels.
